Hi! I'm Samira, an experienced real estate investor, and second generation Realtor who made a switch from tech.  I have extensive experience in real estate investment and development - rehabbing single family and multifamily properties.

I have sourced, negotiated, project managed, rehabbed and rented out multiple investment properties. That experience is invaluable in a market like Los Angeles, where the housing stock leans to the older side and frequently needs a creative approach to rehab. After making your home looking like it stepped out of a magazine, I will arrange professional photography and creates spectacular marketing around it. My formula works, with the majority of my listings selling for well over asking price. Most important of all, clients have said the process was “fun” and even want to do it again soon! I also excel at working with buyers to find out what they’re looking for and focusing their search on the best options. I love demystifying the buyer process and calming any fears that buyers may have. Having extensive experience with reviewing offers as a listing agent, I brings that savvy to putting together solid offers that get accepted.

Before becoming a Realtor, I worked in the tech industry for 17 years. From developing enterprise-level websites from scratch for clients like Universal Studios and EMI Music, to managing product for multimillion dollar brands, to founding a startup that received funding from major Silicon Valley players – I have seen and done it all. I now bring that extensive internet marketing savvy to real estate, navigating the social media landscape like a pro.
